Kingston, Jamaica lies on the southeastern coast of the island at the foot of the Blue Mountains, said to be the most beautiful mountain chain in the West Indies. As the capital of Jamaica and the largest English-speaking city in the Caribbean, Kingston is the cultural, political, industrial and financial center and home to a natural harbor that is among the largest in the world.

Kingston's wide array of museums, galleries, theatres, nightclubs, discos and restaurants offer a cosmopolitan contrast to the rest of the island's slow and easy pace. It is in Kingston where you'll find Jamaica at its most urban and confident, most witty, exciting and challenging with a high concentration of creative artists and opinions. Kingston is truly the heartbeat of Jamaica.
