The University of Stirling just started a brand new International Summer School (ISS) - 2008 was its first year. It's open to students from around the world, and gives students a unique opportunity: experience Scotland's rich culture, at the same time as gaining credits. The program is run under the direction of full professors at Stirling and will be almost wholly taught by the University's academic staff who are experts in their respective fields.
