The 2008 Summer Program Fee.....$3,995.00 (est.)
What is Included in the Program Fee:
Round trip airfare between New York and Shannon.
Accommodation: Clean, comfortable housing (double accommodation) at Waterford Institute of Technology throughout the five weeks of the program.
All program related travel within Ireland.
Sightseeing, academic-related activities, topical lectures.
A Welcome party on arrival.
An End-of-Program Banquet.
Tuition: All fees and tuition associated with registration in two courses.
Board: A meal allowance for two meals per day (breakfast and lunch) Monday to Friday, all meals on travel days.
Grade Report/Transcript: Processing of official grade reports/transcripts by Brockport to facilitate transfer of credit.
Pre-Departure Orientation Materials.
Airport pickup and drop off (at Shannon airport only).
Departure/airport taxes.
Guided local sightseeing excursions.
What is NOT Included in the Program Fee:
Connecting flights within the US to/from the east coast point of departure for Ireland.
The cost of a passport or visas (if required).
Meals other than those specified above (i.e., dinners on weekdays, all meals on weekends [except during travel]).
SUNY-Mandated Health Insurance.
Personal expenses (laundry, postage, telephone calls, souvenirs, non-program related travel, etc.).
An additional week at Waterford Institute of Technology is possible for $225 (est.). This needs to be arranged prior to departure and preferrably done before your round trip gropu flight ticket is booked. Notify the Office of International Education if interested.
