Special Education Program

Orientation:

An orientation session for those registered for the program will be held in May on Brockport's campus. The meeting will provide an introduction to the organization of public education in Ireland, will clarify terminology commonly used in the system, and will present an overview of Dublin and the surrounding area.

An on-site orientation session will also be held upon arrival in Dublin. This session will be led by an Irish special educator who is also active in the IATSE professional organization.

Housing:

Participants will stay at St. Patrick's College in single occupancy residence hall rooms with shared bathroom facilities. Rooms are furnished with a bed(s), linens, and towels. A dorm kitchen is available to students.
