What IS Included in this Program Fee:

  • Round trip airfare between New York and St. Petersburg;
  • Accommodation; Clean, comfortable housing in the dormitory of the Institute of Fine Mechanics and Optics in St. Petersburg;
  • All program related travel within Russia;
  • Sightseeing, academic-related activities, topical lectures;
  • A Welcome Dinner upon arrival;
  • An End of Program Picnic;
  • Tuition: All fees and tuition associated with registration in two of the courses chosen from the five courses listed above. All fees and tuition costs associated with registration for six undergraduate credits at SUNY Brockport (NYS resident tuition only);
  • Grade Report/Transcript: Processing of official grade reports/transcripts to facilitate transfer of credit;
  • Pre-Departure Orientation Materials;
  • Airport pickup and drop off in St. Petersburg;
  • Departure/airport taxes;
  • Guided local sightseeing excursions;
  • Planned Group Activities.

    What is NOT Included in the Program Fee:

  • Connecting flights within the US to/from the east coast point of departure for St. Petersburg;
  • The cost of a passport and a visa;
  • Meals;
  • SUNY-Mandated Health Insurance;
  • Personal expenses (laundry, postage, telephone calls, souvenirs, non-program related travel, etc.);
  • Not planned group activities.
