A cumulative GPA of 2.5 (on a 4.0 scale).
A GPA of 3.0 in the an appropriate major.
The demonstrated ability to do upper-division work in the subjects chosen.

There are two fifteen-week semesters each year at Middlesex University. The fall semester typically starts in late September and runs through January. Participants of the Brockport program will be allowed to make special arrangements with their Middlesex faculty to complete their assessment before returning to the US for the winter holidays. The spring semester usually starts in early February and runs until late June. It is intersected by a 3-week break near the Easter holiday.
