Junior or Senior standing by the start of the program.
A cumulative GPA of 3.0 (on a 4.0 scale).
A GPA of 3.25 in an appropriate major.
The demonstrated ability to do upper-division work in the subjects chosen.

The academic year at Australian National University (Canberra) consists of two fifteen week semesters. Typically, the semesters run from mid July through early November (fall semester) and early February through mid July (spring semester). Participants in the SUNY Brockport/Australian National University Program may enroll for the fall, spring, or for the full academic year. ANU's Parliamentary Internship Program is also available mid-May through July.
