Second semester sophomore or junior or senior standing by the start of the program.
A cumulative GPA of 3.0 (on a 4.0 scale).
A GPA of 3.25 in an appropriate major.
The demonstrated ability to do upper-division work in the subjects chosen.

The academic year at the University of Western Sydney consists of two fifteen week semesters. Typically, the semesters run from mid-February through June (Spring semester) and mid-July through November (Fall semester). Participants in the SUNY Brockport's University of Western Sydney program may enroll for the fall, spring or for the full academic year.
