Second semester sophomore standing, or higher, by the start of the program.
A cumulative GPA of 2.5 (on a 4.0 scale).
A GPA of 2.75 in an appropriate major.
The demonstrated ability to do upper-division work in the subjects chosen.

The academic year at Swinburne University of Technology consists of two fifteen week semesters. Typically, the semesters run from early March through June (Spring semester) and mid-July through November (Fall semester). Participants in the SUNY Brockport/Swinburne University Program may enroll for the fall, spring, or for the full academic year.
