Credits:
Participants in the Brockport/University of Adelaide Program will normally earn four or five credit hours for each module successfully completed at the University of Adelaide, for a maximum of fifteen credits per semester.
Curriculum:
The University of Adelaide is particularly well known internationally for its strengths in the biological sciences (especially agriculture, medicine, and molecular biology/biotechnology); the physical sciences (especially physics and geology and geophysics); information technology and telecommunications; environmental sciences and management; and social sciences (especially Asian studies, international economics, and human geography).
Participants in the Brockport/University of Adelaide Program will select (prior to departure) three courses from the courses available to study abroad students at the University of Adelaide. All instruction in the Participants in the Brockport/University of Adelaide Program is by University of Adelaide faculty.
Participants in the Brockport/University of Adelaide Program are examined in the same manner (and to the same standard) as their Australian counterparts and classmates. The majority of courses in which they will enroll are examined formally at the end of the semester and in order to be awarded credit, participants must take--and pass-- the examination at the end of the study period in question.
