Admission Requirements:

A prospective participant should have:

  • Sophomore (or higher) by the start of the program.
  • A cumulative GPA of 2.5 (on a 4.0 scale).

    Recommended:

  • Successful completion of a minimum of one year (two semesters) of college-level Spanish language (or its equivalent) prior to participation.

    Application Deadlines:

  • For Summer Semester: 1 May
  • For Fall Semester: 1 April
  • For Spring Semester: 1 November
  • For Full Academic Year: 1 April

    There are two thirteen-week terms each year in Brockport's Cuernavaca semester Program. Summer program is 6 weeks.

    The academic program at El Centro lasts for thirteen weeks (in the fall this is from early September--usually the first Monday--to the first week of December; in the spring the program runs from late January through early May). There is a week vacation in the middle of each semester.
