University of Warwick

Go back to the University of Warwick

Housing:

On-campus University accommodation will be offered to all students. The accommodation is in single study bedrooms, although some twin rooms are available for those who wish to share. Bed-linen and blankets or duvets are provided, and there is also a laundry and room-cleaning service. Some rooms have en suite bathrooms; in other halls small groups of students share bath or shower rooms.

All halls and flats give a free choice of either cooking for yourself or buying meals from one of the many campus eating places, snack bars and restaurants on a pay-as-you-go basis. All halls and flats have kitchens for students who would like to cook, equipped with cookers, microwaves, refrigerators, freezers, and individual foodlockers for storage.

Orientation:

An orientation program (conducted by the University of Warwick International Office) is mandatory for participants in Brockport's University of Warwick Program. Students will be expected to arrive in England in time to begin their studies with this orientation program, which is held approximately one week before the start of the fall semester, and on the first day of the spring term for January arrivals.

Shortly after the conclusion of the orientation program, participants will begin their academic course work. Participants will make their final course choice and register for courses during Orientation and the first few days of the semester.
