Housing:
Participants live with local families who provide a private room, meals and laundry service.
Orientation:
Prior to the start of classes, Escuela De Idiomas will hold an orientation session that will introduce participants to the academic and student life in Costa Rica. A portion of this orientation Program is devoted to a language examination that will determine the participants' placement for language instruction. A member of your host family will bring you to Escuela De Idiomas the first time to show you the way.
For the internship participants, the Internship Director will bring you to your internship site, introduce you to your supervisor and show you how to commute from your home to your internship site.
